Satellite geodesy and gps
Geodetic point networks with precisely determined position and altitudes make the basis for almost all geodetic activities. Institute for photogrammetry has conducted practical activities related to determination and survey of such networks since its establishment using the most modern methods and instruments.
Institute for photogrammetry disposes of the most modern GPS technology that is successfully used for:
- survey of GPS macro networks,
- stabilization and survey of GPS fields and micro networks for construction of objects,
- determination of coordinates of ground control points,
- staking out of roads and objects,
- surveys by RTK method.
